LAWN TENNIS.

INTER-CLUB COMPETITION. B GRADE SEMI-FINAL TO-DAY. A close and interesting match should take place to-day between Onehunga and Parnell in the B grade inter-club, lawn tennis competition. When the clubs met previously Parnell just won, but they will be considerably weakened to-day by the absence of Clay, West and Miss Craig. However, in T. J. Gould, F. C. Gould and Miss Sharpe they have three good substitutes, and Onehunga will have to produce good form to win. The winner will ftieet Eden and Epsom in the final of tho B grade competition. In the C grade, Parnell defaulted to Unity, and St. Heliers thus win the section. The winners of the other sections are Remuera, Onehunga and Eden and Epsom, and the four clubs will have to play off.
