TERMINAL POINT DISPUTE.
MOERAKI FROM MELBOURNE. COOKS AND STEWARDS' HOURS. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Friday. The cooks and stewards of the Moeraki brought a claim into the Arbitration Court that Wellington was the terminal port of the steamer's run from Melbourne, and that they were therefore entitled to an eight-hours day on days following her arrival Thj Union Company contended that the steamer was cleared from Melbourne for Bluff and that the latter was the terminal port. _ . Decision was reserved.
