MOVEMENT IN ENGLAND. NEW INSTITUTE FORMED. Router. LONDON, Feb. 28. An organisation entitled the British Emipre Film Institute has been formed. Its objects are to promote the development of British films dealing with the achievements, ideas and ideals of the British Commonwealth of Nations, and to stimulate interest in pictures representing all phases of life throughout the Empire.
