A young Chinese, Hoy Wing Tung (Mr, Webb), was charged 1 in the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day with attempting to indecently assault a girl under the age of 16 years. The jury returned a verdict of guilty. Mr. Justice Stringer, in imposing a sentenco oi months' imprisonment, said he took into account the fact that the prisoner was a foreigner and that the girl was unusually precocious.
