A sectipn of land with a frontage of 39ft, to High Street and a depth of 70ft., bearing a two-storey brick warehouse, has been sold to a syndicate by the trustees of the Peacock estate for £13,397 10s, which is equivalent to £345 a foot. The property is opposite , Courthouse Lane, and adjoins the former premises of E. Porter and Co. Rutherford, Robinson and Austin, and were passed in at. £335 a foot. *
