CANTON SHIPPING.
DEADLOCK TERMINATED. STRIKERS SURRENDER GOODS. Renter. PEKING, Feb. 26. A telegram from Canton states that the Customs incident there has been closed. The strikers have surrendered the goods they had received and a reassuring proclamation has been issued to the effect that all formalities will be complied with. Permits to load and discharge cargoes are to be issued at noon to-morrow.
