RIFLE SHOOTING.
THE AKARANA CLUB. Members of the Akarana Rifle Club completed on Saturday the competitions for trophies presented by Messrs. J. Wiseman, A. W. Powell and R. Tilsley. The high wind and frequent rain squalls materially affected the scores. J. F. Atkinson, R. Tilsley and S. Elliott won the trophies and silver spoons were won by E. J. Reston, S. G. Scarborough and D.
