RELEASE BY GOVERNMENT BRITISH ADVICE FOLLOWED. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Sim . LONDON. Jan. 24. The Government of Northern Ireland, in accordance with the recent agreement with Britain, which recommended the release of prisoners, has granted an amnesty to 33 political prisoners. They include Mr. Mac Curtain, a member of the Dail, and 16 other participants in border raids who were * serving sentences of from three to ten years.
