MINE MANAGERS' REPORTS

Moanataiari.— Jhe cast crosscut was advanced 7ft., a total of 291 ft. The country is of a splendid nature. The west crosscut has been opened out on the. 10ft. formation that was passed through previously. The quartz that has been broken carries a favourable appearance. On the Caledonia reef rising has been continued. There is a fair amount of antimony showing in the north end. A change of country is showing in the roof, it being nice and firm, and interlaced with quartz and black mineral seams. •
