DEATH FROM FRIGHT.
THIEF'S FEAR OF CAPTURE. DIES AFTER ROBBING BANK. PHILADELPHIA. Dec. 27. Even an experienced criminal sometimes loses his nerve, but seldom to such an extent that he dies of fright. But fear of capture to-day killed Edward Keller, as ho fled ' through the streets of Philadelphia in ■ a taxi with ' £12,000 stolen money. Keller was the central figure in the famous trunk murder caso in 1915. Hia business partner was the victim. Keller was sentenced to gaol for life, but was released last yeair after serving nine years. • Recently Keller had been employed as nightwatchman at the bank from which he stole the £12,000 found in the taxi. The coroner said that death was due to heart failure induced by fear of capture.
