"INSULT TO THE ARMY."
THE COMMUNIST LEAFLET. ACTION BY ARMY COUNCIL. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Reuter. LONDON. Dec. 23. The Army Council has circularised all officers commanding at home and abroad attaching a copy of the Communist leaflet which has been distributed among the troops throughout Britain, and which the council characterises as an insult to the moral character, loyalty and intelligence of the army. The council requests that, its letter be communicated to all the troops.
