OHAUPO FATALITY.
SERIOUS CHARGE BROUGHT. THE DRIVER ALLEGED DRUNK. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Monday. Arising out of the fatal motor accident at Obnupo on Saturday night, the driver of the lorry, Charles Leonard Davis, of Hamilton, was charged with being drunk while in charge of the lorry, and that he did by an act in relation thereto, cause the death of Ernest Thomas. White. Accused was remanded until December 17, bail being allowed.
