AIMS OF ZiNOVIEFF. YELLOW RACES MUST HELP. A. and N.Z. MOSCOW. Dec. G. The chairman of the Third (Communist) International, the famous Zinovieff, addressed a congress of metal workers. He said that in the Far East the revolutionary situation was brighter than it was in Europe, Canton now resembled Moscow. China was becoming more Red every day. The Chinese upheaval would mark the real beginning of the world revolution, which would be impossible unless the Third International obtained the support of 100,000,000 of the yellow proletariat.
