OCCUPIED GERMANY.
CONCESSION BY FRANCE. MARRIED TROOPS WITHDRAWN. A. and N.Z. PARIS. Dec. 6. France has given further evidence that she is inspired by the spirit of Locarno. In response to an appeal by Germany to reduce the burden due to the army of occupation she has agreed to withdraw her married troops and substitute bachelors. The French will, however, maintain the same fighting strength.
