COLOGNE EVACUATION.
A GERMAN PREDICTION. DENIAL FROM FRANCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reca. 5.55 p.m.) PARIS, Oct. 21. The German Foreign Minister, Herr Stresemann, is reported to have predicted at a reception in Berlin that the Allies would evacuate Cologne by November 15. The French Foreign Office states that no date has been fixed for the evacuation.
