LOOKING FOR A REMEDY. [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT. 1 SUVA, Oct. ]4. It was announced to-day that the Government had arranged with Mr. Ward, the well-known New Guinea explorer, to proceed to Ceylon with the object of securing a great many specially chosen birds which scientists assert will destroy the Levuana moth on the cocoanut trees. Mr. Ward hopes to return to Fiji within six or seven months with a large shipment of the prescribed birds.
