WRIGHT ESTATE CASE.

A DEED OF COMPROMISE. BANK'S APPLICATION GRANTED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH. Thursday. An application in connection with "Wright case" was mentioned in the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice MacGregor. The Bank of New Zealand was plaintiff, and defendants were the following:—Harriet Myra Wright, Florence Jenny Myra Morgan, Florence Barbara Morgan, Harry Wright Morgan, Douglas George Wright, Hon. William Nosworthy, and Eva Ethel Roberts, The Bank of New Zealand applied for an order sanctioning a, deed of cornpromise between plaintiff and the various defendants. The terms of the compromise were not divulged in Court. Mr. Donnelly explained that the parties had agreed to a deed of interim compromise. That deed was necessary in the interests of the plaintiff. The deed was agreed to by the other counsel, and an order was granted by His Honor accordingly.
