A £20.000 PICTURE.
DISCOVERY IN FRANCE. LONDON. Oct. r,. When the director of the Rouen Arts Museum was cleaning and restoring a dilapidated-looking painting, says a Paris message, he was astonished to find that the canvas was a remarkable painting of Christ's crucifixion, and signed "Rubens." It is believed to be a genuine Rubens, and valued at £20,000.
