Sir, —Replying to "Philistine's" letter in Wednesday's issue and also to letters above the same nom do plume on previous occasions, I would suggest that as "Philistine" is apparently a member of: the .Auckland Society of Arts, ho (or she) should attend the annual meeting of the society to be held on the 23rd inst. _ At that meeting an opportainity will be given for "Philistine" "or any other member to discuss the actions and affairs of tho society and I am sure any suggestions will receive sympathetic consideration.
