GERMANY AND DAWES PLAN THE FIRST YEAR'S RECEIPTS. PAYMENTS TO THE ALLIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received 11.30 p.m.) A. and N.Z. BERLIN, Sept. 14. The first annual report on the reparation payments under the Dawes scheme siloes that the receipts for the first year reached the estimated sum of a milliard of marks. The payments amounted to approximately 893,000,000 marks, of which Britain received 190,000,000 and France 397,000,000 marks.
