MOTION IN AUSTRALIA. THE UNEARNED INCREMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, July 5. In tho House of Representatives Br. Maloney, a Labour member, gave notice of motion that a Doomsday Book be compiled, showing the full present value of all immovable property in Australia, with the names of the owners, and that any value from the unearned increment accruing during the next 10 years be used for tho extinction of the Australian war debt.
