MONKEY, NOT MAN.

THE: TAUNGS SKULL. ENGLISH EXPERT'S DECISION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 10.25 p.m.) LONDON. July 2. Sir Arthur Keith, conservator of the museum and Hunterian professor of the Royal College of Surgeons, contributes to the journal, Nature, an article on the Taungs skull. He says, after an examination of casts of the skull, that it would be preposterous to claim that it is the missing link. It is the skull of a young anthropoid ape, at the most representing a genua in the gorilla or chimpanzee group.
