USE OF EIFFEL TOWER. A. and N.Z. PARIS. July 2. * A record-breaking luminous advertising sign has been erected on the Eiffel Tower. It is using 200,000 electric lamps. The tower looks like a gigantic torch. It darkens suddenly and comets start out from various points. These form a motorcar advertisement which occupies 1000 ft. of space. The advertiser is paying a rent of 350,000 francs a year plus a municipal tax of 300,000 franca,
