WORKERS' INSURANCE.
REDUCED CONTRIBUTIONS. PROVISIONS OF BRITISH BILL. Sun . LONDON. July 3. The bill to amend tho unemployment insurance regulations proposes to reduce men's contributions by twopence a week and the women's by one penny. Employers' contributions are proposed to be similarly reduced. The State's contribution would be increased by five farthings for men and three farthings for women. Tho proposed contributions for both unemployment and pensions are: Men, 16d weekly; women, Is; employers, 17d for men and 14d for women.
