& GENEVA CONVENTION. BRITAIN NOT TO RATIFY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. July 2. In the House of Commons the Secretary of State for Homo Affairs, Sir W. Joynson-Hicks, the Government would not ratify the convention of the League of Nations Labour Conference abolishing night baking.
