THE BARONESS' GOWN.

DRESS STOLEN BY GIRL. A smart and persuasive young woman in London recently robbed Baroness Moncheur, the Belgian Ambassador's wife, of a new dress. A messenger from Paul Caret, the Mayfair costumier, was on her way to deliver the dress to the Baroness at her house in Belgrave Square, when a young woman stopped her. The young woman told the messenger that she was a maid in the employ of tho Baroness, and had to take the dress hack, as the Baroness was not quite satisfied at the last fitting. After some hesitation the messenger handed over tho dress, and the young woman jumped into a taxicab. iShe has not been seen since.
