Reports from Berlin indicate that the security pact proposal is provoking stormy discussions among tho members ot the Foreign Relations Committee of the Reichstag. The Nationalists are fiercely attacking Herr Stresemann, Minister for Foreign Affairs. lie retaliated by declaring his intention of bringing the pact, scheme before the Reichstag in order to compel its critics to discloso where they stand.
