SENSATIONAL CRIMES. S LENGTHY REIGN OF TERROR. I Router. TOKIO. Mar. 8. That the arm of the law is a long one in Japan is shown by the sensational details of the bombing of General Fnlcuda in July, after a long series of crimes, i the object of which was to avenge the death of the anarchist Osugi after the earthquake. These crimes were perpetrated by a gang of five anarchists who were committed for trial. The story is just being released by the, police, and the press is devoting pages to a description of an astounding four months' reign of terror. This was nipped in the bud by the courage and untiring energy of the authorities, who traced the culprits in Tokio and Osaka. The gang robl>od several banks. Its members bad intended to kill national leaders on the anniversary of Osugi's death.
