AORANGI RUNNING LATE

DEPARTURE FROM SUVA. TIME OF ARRIVAL DOUBTFUL. PROGRAMME MAY BE ALTERED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) SUVA. Feb. 21. The Aorangi arrived at one o'clock this afternoon and sailed at 6.30 p.m. for Auckland. s The passengers are loud in their praises of the Aorangi's sea-going qualities. A smooth trip was experienced from Honolulu. The Aorangi's departure from Suva for Auckland was later than was expected. An "At Home" was to have been held on board to-morrow afternoon, and the vessel was to be open for inspection in the evening. It is doubtful if the Aorangi will arrive in time for the original programme to be carried out, but definite arrangements will be mado as soon as it is known for certain the time she will berth here. In tho meantime she is scheduled to leave Auckland at 4 p.m. on Wednesday for Sydney, via Wellington.
