WAR ON COMMUNISTS.
ACTION IN BULGARIA. SUSPENSION OF PRIVILEGES. Tiiri«t. LONDON. Feb. 17. The Sofia correspondent of the limes states that the Bulgarian Government has taken drastic measures iri view of the recent acts of violence by Communists. The Government has decided to forthwith disqualify Communists "from sitting in the present Parliament. The publication of Communist newspapers has been forbidden.
