MINISTER'S ALLOCATIONS. SUBMISSION THIS WEEK. [BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHBISTCHURCH. Monday. The Minister for Internal Affairs, the Hon. R. F. Bollard, telegraphed to-day to Mr. P. Selig, president of the New Zealand Trotting Association: " I hope to submit recommendations for the allocation of new permits for the consideration of Cabinet early this week."
