HUGE FLOUR ORDER.

RUSSIA THE PURCHASER. CANADIAN MILLS TO SUPPLY. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Rotifer. TORONTO. Feb. 12. The report is officially confirmed that Canada has booked the largest flour order in the history of the world's milling. Russia, through the Amtorg Trading Company, New York, has purchased 1,300.000 barrels. Two large Canadian milling companies will receive cash to the amount of about 12,000.000 dollars. The flour is to be loaded in New York, from which port the Russian Government will ship it to Batum for the benefit of the hungry populace there. Delivery will begin as soon as ships are available, and will continue until April. Twenty-two ships will be used to carry the flour, which represents 6,000,000 bushels of Canadian wheat.
