EARLY SEAT IN LORDS. (Received 9.30 p.m.} A. end N.Z.—Eeuter.—Sun. LONDON, Feb 10. The Standard says the King has approved of Mr. H. H. Asquith taking the title of Earl of Oxford and Asquith. With His Majesty's approval the Patent Office is making out Mr. Asquith's patent under that title, in time to enable him to take his seat in the House of Lords next week. Two members of the Harley family, who are descendants of the first Earl of Oxford (created in 1711) as well as a member of the de Vere family, have entered caveats seeking to forbid the use by Mr. Asquith of the title Earl of Oxford, »VVV V v *
