THE BENEFIT OF EXPERIENCE.

GAINED IN LARGE PRACTICE.

When called upon to consult a dentist a person's thoughts naturally turn toward tho men of unquestioned knowledge and wide experience. To gain experience a dentist must treat many patients, and thus he in a big way professionally. Without knowledge and ability to inspire confidence 110 extensive connection could be built up, and tho experience gained diy the treatment of many cases would be absent. In this respect Messrs. Tho preparation used was obtained by Dr. Stevenson from an eminent surgeon while ho was in America. It is the only one they use, and its advantage is that it can be prepared in New Zealand, and thus obtained in small quantities, ensuring strength and effectiveness, whereas tho local anaesthetic imported from abroad might have been made for a long time, and thus have lost much of its good quality. The firm also provides for tho thorough sterilisation of all instruments, and adopts only tho most modern aseptic methods. Every appliance necessary to skilful dentistry is to bo found in tho surgery, which is situated in the 11.8. Buildings, Karangahape Road. Tho workrooms are light and airy, and spotlessly clean, while the waiting rooms are restful and tastefully furnished. In fact, the wholo establishment speaks of tho sound and prosperous practice carried on there. An experienced staff is continually employed, and mothers will bo interested to know that kindly nurses are always on duty to help with the children. Messrs.
