BUS TIME-TABLE NOT KEPT.

A brief list of by-law cases was dealt with before Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M., and Messrs. F. .1. H. Ellisdon and W. J. Potter, J.P.'s, in the Police Court yesterday.

For dangerous driving, a motor-cyclist, G. Oat ridge, was fined £5. ('. G. .Tordan, who rode a bicycle on the footpath and knocked down a child, was fined £3.

For passing a stationary tramcar, a motorist, 1). Lochead, was fined £2, and H. Pocking was fined £1 for having insufficient, lights on his motor-car, and 10;-, for not carrying a rear number plate. A motor-' ar left unattended in Knrangahape Road cost 0. J. Melvern 10s. For fading to comply with his omnibus time-table, J. Stuart was fined £1. and a similar penalty was imposed upon A. L. Bradbury and T. Baster for not having heavy traffic licenses. Smith and Smith. Ltd.. were fined £1 for having an unregistered motor vehicle, and W. 11. Good was fined 10s for driving an unregistered motor-car.
