Discharges in bankruptcy were granted the following by His Honor Mr. Justice Herdman at Hamilton to-day:—Leonard Guy Abel, of To Awamutu, labourer: Thomas Button, of Hamilton, milk vendor; Ernest Henry Hawkins, of Otorohanga, farmer; James Cnrswell, of Wharepaina, farmer: Wm. Henry Yeates and Charles Geoffrey Yeates. of Pirongia, farmers; Charles F. Woolfe, of Te Awamutu, restaurant keeper; Alfred Ernest John Keys, of Hamilton, boarding house keeper. >
