PILGRIMAGE TO ANZAC.
[PREPARING FOR NEXT YEARf GRAVES WORK ENDING. LONDON. Dec. V It is stated that an Anglo-Australiaf pilgrimage to Gallipoli, by lie liner Ofmo.ade, is being arranged for An/.ac Dajj Colonel Hughes, who was in chaige (( tho war graves corps at Gallipoli, lias returned to London. He informed the War Graves Commission that the work at Gallipoli had been completed, except for small horticultural and other details, and that from April a staff of only two would bo required to safeguard tho graves, tend the gardens and assist visitors. - It is almost impossible, Colonel Hughes savs, to visit Gallipoli at present, because Turkish boats from Constantinople are not , calling at Chanak. The relations between 0 Britain and Turkey are steadily improving, and within six months the Turkish attitude toward foreigners should bo - the same as before tho war. ' "
