WAITEMATA POWER BOARD.

THE COMING ELECTION.

MARINE BOROUGHS' " TICKET."

The question of the Waitemata Power Board election was considered last evening at an informal meeting of the Northcote Borcugh Council, attended by the Mayor, Mr. W. E. Richardson, and Messrs. F. 0. Devlin, A. Parrish, and A. W. Smith. It was resolved that the Mayor should be the council's nominee for the " three boroughs ticket," which also includes the Mayor of Birkenhead, and the Mayor of Takapuna and another councillor.

Mr. B. Hart, chairman of the Henderson Town Board, is a candidate for the Glen Eden and Henderson district.
