Sir James Allen, High Commissioner for j New Zealand, lecturing before the MiliI tary Society at, Aldershot, outlined New- , Zealand defence measures. He sugi gested that High Commissioners attend I meetings of the committee on Imperial defence, to discuss uniformity o" military training, and also the Dominions' contributions to Empire defence.
