WITHDRAWAL OF CONSULS. DOMINIONS INCLUDED. A. and N.Z. MEXICO CITY. Nov. 7. The Minister for Foreign Affairs has ordered all the Mexican Consulates in ?, Canadaand other British Dominions to * be-closed on.November 20, in accordance with the" decision of the Government to sever commercial relations with Britain. A recent'cablegram announced that the Government had decided to withvdraw. its- consular agents from Britain.
