KING'S PRIZE RESULTS.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 11.35 p.m.) SYDNEY. Oct. 17. At the National Rifle Association's meeting to-day: the King's prize was won by C. Elsley,. of Quirindi, New South Wales, with a score of 365. W. Davidson, Victoria, was second . with 364, F. Travers and Mosman, New South Wales, third with 360.
An interesting feature of the day was the remarkablesuccess of Miss Snodgrass, of Rockhampton, the only lady competitor. At the end of the second stage of the King's prize match she held third place with « score of 230, only two points behind the leafderSj who tied ■in that stage. , ■ , BOXING IN AMERICA, ANOTHER MATCH FOR FIRPO. ■ , (Received 9.55 p.m.) ' - Renter.
