A. and N.Z. . SYDNEY • Oct. 17. i A two-storeyed ■ wool; store,, covering about" one-third of an acre, at the Botany, wool-scouring works of Messrs. Swinburne arid Stephens, ; was destroyed by fire last night. The store, with its; valuable contents of wool in the - fleece, proved extremely inflammable. ; The premises were left a pile of ruins . in, a remarkably short space of time. The cause of the outbreak is not known. The damage is estimated at about £12,000. -
