NEGOTIATIONS TO CONTINUE.
„,„. ' BERLIN". Oct. 16. Protracted. negotiations regarding the inclusion of - Nationalists in the Government have broken dswn. A conference between 'the Chancellor, Dr. Wilhelm Marx, and the leaders of the Government parties, to-day agreed to commence [ further negotiations with a view to widening the basis of discussion. The Government did hot promise success.
