MOTION TO REDUCE VOTE.

Tho House of Representatives had a 25-hours' continuous sitting discussing the Estimates. Tho debate was chiefly devoted to tho vote for tho new cruisers. A motion in favour of reduction of tho vote was eventually defeated. Mr. W. M. Hughes voted with Labour against tho Government. Tho Naval Estimates were passed.
