Sep*. 11. •Greece is threatened with a serious mutiny originated by officers of the 34th Regiment, all of whom have been arrested and will be severely punished. Tho Government's severity, however, is powerless to check tho movement, and a mutiny on a grand scale is being planned for the forthcoming manoeuvres. Defalcations running into immense sums have been committed by officers having access to military funds. A number of arrests have been made.
