Paris announces his arrival at the French capital. PROGRESS OF MACLAREN. ' ARRIVAL IN SIBERIA. 2L and N;Z. * - TOKIO. July 25. Captain A. S. MacLaren and his party of British airmen who are flying round the world have arrived at Petropavlovsk, " Siberia. I TRANS-ATLANTIC FLIGHT. ITALIAN TO MAKE ATTEMPT. A.' and N.Z. " ROME. July 25. An Italian airman, Signor Locatelli, left this morning for London. He -intends to make an attempt to fly across the Atlantic to New York.
