A message from Cairo states that the Egyptian Prime Minister, Zaghlul Pasha, is making good progress toward recovery
from the wound inflicted upon him by the student, Abdul Latif.
The extremist leader, Sheik Shaweesh, and a few others have been arrested.
Documents have been discovered suggesting that the conspiracy against Zaghlul was hatched in Berlin.
In the House of Commons the Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, in reply to a question, said that Zaghlul had expressed his readiness to enter into negotiation with the British Government, but the date of the meeting had not yet been fixed.
