AYRSHIRE BREEDERS.
THE ANNUAL MEETING. ("by TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Thursday. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Ayrshire Breeders' Association was held last evening and was attended by about 100 , members and special guests. The president, Mr.' A. H. Hansen, occupied the chair. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £300 and the president took the opportunity of congratulating the association on the healthy state of the finances. The 'annual report was adopted unanimously. The election of officers resulted: — Patron, Mr. H. Gillies; president, Mr. A. H. Hansen; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. M. Weir, F. Mills, and Marshall; treasurer, Mr. T. Webb; committee, Messrs. C. B. Morgan, G. Webb, J. Bowden, D. A. Stewart, G. Carter, J. Aitcheson, and R. M. Somerville; secretary, Mr., R. H. Spencer. The next annual meeting was fixed to be held in Palmerston North. The town in which the executive meetings are to be held will, be decided later. Every endeavour is to be made to obtain a judge from Australia for the Royal Agricultural Show, to be held at Palmerston North next year.
