A. and N.Z. ... LONDON, May 13. The Sofia correspondent of the Times states that the Bulgarian Government has declared war on the Communists, whose intrigues are bitterly denounced.

General Rousseff, Minister for the Interior, speaking at Sofia, definitely accused the Communists of secretly conspiring with Moscow for the overthrow of the Government and the setting up of a Soviet regime. Henceforth, he declared, the Communists would be excluded from all State appointments and attempts at revolution would be ruthlessly suppressed. General Rousseff appealed to all tho democratic forces to rally round the Government.
