TROPHIES FOR THE YEAR.

HAMILTON. Wednesday.

Presentations of shooting and swimming trophies won by members of the 14th Company of senior cadets were made by Captain M. E. Johnson, M.C., N.Z.S.C., at a parade pf the company last evening. ■ ••■'•/ '■-'■"••,'■■■■" The Rogers' swimming cup and gold medal was won by Corporal H. Hynson, while Quartermaster-Sergeant P. Smith, the runner-up, received a silver medal. Cadet W. E. Cron was placed third. The cup is competed for yearly, for fine marksmanship. The Lady Godley Cup becomes the care of Cadet O. Bradley, who put up a score of 119 out of a possible 120. Cadet F. Keane, who was second, with 117, was the recipient of a silver medal.
